Armstrong Compliance Solutions was founded by H. Deane Armstrong. Deane started in municipals in 1979, and has worked as a sales liaison, trader, and broker’s broker. In 2007 he became CCO at Regional Brokers, Inc., and earned his CRCP in 2009. He has served on panels at the MSRB, and is a member of the Municipal Securities Broker’s Broker Committee of SIFMA.
Deane is a firm believer in compliance, and is willing to share his experience and expertise with anyone of the same mind-set.
